• Lead and manage business transformation initiatives to streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and drive growth. • Oversee the end-to-end sales operations, including sales process optimization, pipeline management, and sales performance analytics. • Steer large, cross-functional projects and build consensus with senior leadership across the organization. • Design and manage sales commission plans to incentivize and reward high performance, ensuring alignment with business goals. • Develop and execute sales enablement strategies, providing the sales team with the tools, training, and resources needed to succeed. • Manage and mentor a team of 25 professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. • Work closely with other departments, including marketing, finance, sales and customer implementation, customer success, product and engineering teams, to ensure alignment and drive cohesive business strategies. • Steer and support the execution of the overall OKR strategy for Applications.
• Demonstrated experience in business and sales operations, with significant experience in a turnaround and startup environment. • Proven track record of leading and managing teams, with strong leadership and mentoring skills. • Expertise in project management, with a track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion. • Deep understanding of sales operations, including sales process optimization, pipeline management, and sales analytics. • Experience in developing and implementing sales enablement programs that drive sales performance. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization. • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
