Description
• Own the day to day commercial trading relationship supporting the account manager to drive resolutions and make sure every product is delivering on a daily basis. • Support the NAM’s to build a coop plan across the Amazon estate using the strengths Amazon to deliver activation goals. • To build a sales strategy that achieves & exceed sales and margin targets. • Be the go to person in the sales team for all things SharkNinja • Pull together impact full, action driven reporting on a daily, weekly, monthly basis. • Manage the weekly prior week sales review and produce action log and buyer feedback. • Manage the monthly consensus process with commercial finance ensuring forecast accuracy by SKU by retailer is delivered in line with business targets. • Work within agreed Promotional (SOA) to ensure sales & margin targets are met making suggestions where necessary to drive market share. • Always negotiate winning scenarios for both Shark Ninja and Amazon • Deliver SharkNinja market share goals
Requirements
• Exceptional people manager, coach who is relentless at delivering results • P&L owner with Strong negotiation skills • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to take in and formulate actions based on data • Oral and written communication with impact • Attention to detail, details make the difference • Ability to collaborate cross functionally • Manage/contribute to multiple dynamic priorities • Actively seek and share information • Ability to build a high performing team
