Description

• As the Chief Sales Officer (CSO), you will play a critical role in driving Liberis' growth strategy. • Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of strategies to acquire and manage key partnerships. • This executive position requires a visionary leader with a deep understanding of the fintech and payments landscape, as well as a proven track record in forging and nurturing global partnerships.

Requirements

• Ideally 10+ years of experience in business development, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. • Proven track record in a scaling B2B partnership business across global territories. • Experience in the fintech industry, particularly in payments and financial services would be beneficial but not essential • Extensive experience in developing and managing global partnerships. • Exceptional negotiation and communication abilities. • Demonstrated ability to drive growth in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment. • Proficiency in understanding and leveraging technology to drive business objectives. • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills. • Inspirational leader with a collaborative and inclusive approach. • Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally. • Experience in building and leading diverse, high-performing teams.
