• 2+ years’ of work experience. Preferably in market research, lead generation, marketing or sales, ideally within SaaS businesses • Proven track record of success with a sales cycle • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Have an outgoing personality and the ability to hold an engaging conversation or write an attention-grabbing email. • Identify customer needs and solve for gaps with creative outreach strategy & discovery including, but limited to: email copy, warm/cold calls, social media outreach, in-person events • High level of resilience and ability to handle objection both over phone and email • Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload to maximize efficiency • Represent the company and our products with a high degree of professionalism • A competitive nature and relentless drive to succeed • Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM software, outreach, Chat tools, Zoominfo, SalesNav • Fluent in German and English
