Description
• After another successful year, StraightIn is growing its HQ in Manchester! • You will be aiding the growth and development of our client base. • Helping to introduce our services to potential clients and explain how we can enhance their sales and marketing strategies. • You will start your journey with us cold calling - gaining your confidence and understanding of the StraightIn sales pitch for the first 1-3 weeks! • You’ll be responsible for generating leads, and cold-calling businesses. • You will be selling the concept of StraightIn and booking appointments for the BDM team. • As you progress and hit your targets consistently you will begin to manage warm leads passed to you, and sit full sales calls.
Requirements
• Min. 1 year general work experience, preferably phone-based role (telemarketing, sales, customer service, etc) • Previous experience in a customer service based role • Any experience in B2B business or sales is a huge plus! • Strong and clear communicator • You don’t shy away from rejection • Confident speaking to everyone and anyone! • Adaptable and dynamic • Driven to work your way up and develop your career • A fast-paced environment doesn’t scare you away
