• Supporting the SDR team in generating new outbound opportunities & qualifying inbound leads. • Managing, onboarding, and training a team of SDRs responsible for new business pipeline. • Tracking and measuring key performance indicators for yourself and your team. • Demonstrating best practices and product knowledge to the team. • Managing time efficiently and prioritizing workload for results. • Engaging with potential clients and building relationships. • Attracting new customers and expanding market knowledge.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field • 1-2 years of Sales Development experience, ideally both inbound and outbound experience. • 1-2 years’ experience running Sales Development Teams or SaaS Account Executive experience • Ambition to lead and manage others as well as maintaining your own quota. • Exceptional relationship-building skills. • Fluent in English. • Excellent phone, writing, and listening skills • Self-starter who has a desire to learn, grow, and excel in their role • Ambitious individual with lofty career goals • Emotional Intelligence • Team player
