• Responsible for identifying and connecting with prospects via outbound channels • Speaking with decision-makers and discovering their business objectives and challenges • Applying pipeline generation skills to generate net-new outbound opportunities • Achieving quotas of opportunities completed • Conducting high level conversations with senior executives in prospect accounts • Identifying main challenges and demonstrating value proposition • Partnering with Account Executives to help fill their pipeline and develop skills
• Minimum 1 year experience as an Outbound SDR in SaaS cloud or mid-market technology sales • Hunter mindset that understand the importance of cold calling, emails and social selling • A track record of meeting and exceeding targets • Has a strategic and tailor-made approach while targeting mid-market accounts • Ability to work collaboratively with Account Executives and Marketing teams • Confident communicator with excellent verbal and written skills • Autonomy and ability to make things happen without supervision • Passionate about Sales, with experience navigating organizations, handling gatekeepers, and qualifying prospects • Experience using prospecting tools and CRM such as Zoominfo, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Salesforce.com • Ideal candidates should be eager to advance in our organization by demonstrating their ability to be tenacious self-starters and learn new skills
