Description
•Conduct research (e.g. online/ LinkedIn) on prospective customers •Respond to quick questions from sales prospects •Support the sales team to update information in our sales pipeline system •Take initial calls with prospects to gather requirements before a full product demo •Help to create sales demo websites and ‘user-journeys’ in preparation for a demo •Prepare proposal documents and presentation packs •Support regional marketing, conferences and partnerships •Feedback suggestions to product team
Requirements
•Self-motivated, tenacious and target driven •Confident and personable on the phone •An active listener •Quick to learn about new software products and markets •Interested (and with relevant experience) in community management, membership associations, education advancement (e.g. fundraising/ alumni) and related topics •Comfortable working in a fast-paced, capital-efficient SaaS scale-up •Flexible to join team calls in other time zones when required •Authentic, transparent and constructive in your working style
