• Help develop and own winning strategies that drives suitable new stores/hospitality businesses to Snappy Group to agreed weekly monthly and annual targets. • Own and maintain a healthy and appropriate pipeline to drive quality new businesses for the platform. • Generate own leads (outbound) in targeted areas to bring on stores that match or exceed our criteria using tools available, FB spread sheets, competitor websites, social media, contacts. • Respond promptly to (Inbound) leads and referrals through various channels, including enquiry forms, phone calls, emails, and social media. • Plan field trips around the best inbound and outbound leads to target other quality retailers on way to or in the areas you visit. Regular travel and overnight stays will be required. • Input and update customer information, leads, and opportunities into CRM and ensure lead data accuracy by regularly auditing and cleaning leads attributed to you. • Delivers effective sales pitches using company sales decks and other materials to prospective customers preferably face to face or if that is not possible, through a Teams meeting.
• Real experience in selling into convenience stores. • Knowledge of the retail sector (convenience stores) • Demonstrated experience in a high volume sales environment (retail or FMCG highly regarded), with the ability to research, generate leads and secure business • Field sales experience, including desktop analysis of potential clients, cold calling and pitching to retailers • Understanding of basic financial formulas applicable to analysis of retailer costs and where value-add can be leveraged. • Knowledge or experience of software platforms which impact the retail sector.
