Description
• As an Associate Sales Manager, you will lead a small team focused on closing deals. • Drive sales performance, mentor your team, and directly engage with prospective clients. • Expand our host network and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Requirements
• Experience: 2-5 years in sales, leadership, and relevant industry experience(e.g., Proptech, SaaS). • Education: Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; sales or leadership certifications are a plus. • Skills: Sales expertise, team management, negotiation, and analytical skills for sales forecasting and reporting. • Soft Skills: Collaboration, adaptability, and the ability to work cross-functionally and adjust strategies as needed.
