To assist the marketing team specifically in the area of social media and schools engagement work. To assist the marketing team specifically in the area of social media and schools engagement work.

Requirements

Responsible for the charity’s social media sites including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn profiles – draft, schedule and monitor content. Develop and expand social media channels, liaising with external professionals and services as required. Create and deliver effective organic/paid social media campaigns. Produce monthly analytic reports using social media analytics and evaluate ROI on paid social media campaigns. Maintain a broad knowledge of QAC’s learner/ client programmes and provision. Ensure that the content on the College’s websites and social media sites is appropriate and aligned to the marketing business strategy. Utilise the website and social media sites for the promotion and advertising of organisational activities, including the College Enterprises. Generate and edit digital content, such as videos, photos and text for publication to the website and social media sites. Design and create artwork for website and social media content Support the team in the planning and delivery of a range of events and activities including Sight Village. Support the team in promoting and delivering regular Open Days and Information Days for Professionals. Respond to incoming enquires from potential learners/families/ professionals. Working with the Senior Marketing and Communications Officer assist with visits and tours of the college. Working with the Senior Marketing and Communications Officer assist with visits to schools or exhibitions externally promoting QAC and supporting student recruitment. Contribute to the wider remit of marketing as required. Adhere to the College’s Acceptable Use of IT policy at all times. To meet deadlines set by the Marketing and Communications Manager. Provide efficient administration support to the marketing team. To support the marketing and communications team in various projects, marketing campaigns, advertising and publicity. Flexibility to work out of hours as required (including occasional evening and weekend work).
