Description
• Seeking an enthusiastic Customer Marketing Manager to drive customer advocacy. • Develop and execute a comprehensive customer marketing strategy. • Create compelling customer success stories, case studies, and video testimonials. • Build and manage a customer advocacy program to amplify customer voices. • Collaborate with teams to recruit advocates for speaking engagements.
Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in customer marketing, preferably in SaaS. • Excellent writing and storytelling skills. • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with customers. • Experience in developing and executing customer advocacy programs is a plus. • Ability to measure the impact of campaigns and the customer advocacy program through data analysis, and leverage insights to inform strategy and decision-making.
