Description
• Develop & execute affiliate marketing strategies to drive revenue growth • Identify & recruit new affiliates partners • Manage and maintain relationships with existing affiliates to ensure continued success and growth • Manage Awin platform for UK, U.S & German programs • Create and manage affiliate marketing budgets to ensure efficient ROAS • Negotiate and manage affiliate contracts and commission structures • Report on program performance to wider group and senior management • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including ambassador & creative team
Requirements
• 4+ years of affiliate marketing experience for retail brands • Experience using Awin platform • Experience setting and managing affiliate marketing budgets • High numerical ability with the ability to analyse performance and draw insights • Ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization
