• Conduct outbound lead generation activities to support the sales teams • Gain a deep understanding of the target segment, including their challenges and goals • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify target roles and segments • Prospect into target accounts using various outbound sales tools, campaigns, events, and referrals • Contact and engage with senior stakeholders, including C-Level executives, demonstrating strong industry expertise and professionalism • Achieve monthly targets of generating qualified mid-market and enterprise opportunities for the sales team • Maintain meticulous CRM records and ensure all information is accurately conveyed to the sales team
• 1-2 years of experience in lead generation, preferably within the tech industry; consistently ranking in the top quartile of performers • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written • Ability to quickly build rapport with potential customers • Highly driven and motivated by hitting targets • Excellent organisational and time management skills
