• Cold Calling: Initiate outbound cold calls to potential clients at global brands in the marketing sector. Introduce our agency's services, understand their needs, and effectively communicate our value propositions. • Email Communication: Craft compelling and engaging email campaigns to generate interest and inquiries from prospects. Tailor messaging to address specific pain points and showcase our agency's capabilities. • Opportunity Creation: Research and identify decision makers and key stakeholders within target companies. Strategize and implement approaches to initiate conversations and create opportunities for engagement. • Relationship Building: Build and nurture relationships with potential clients through consistent follow-ups, personalized communication, and a deep understanding of their business needs. • Research and Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to position our agency as a thought leader in the digital experiences space. • Collaboration: Work closely with senior business development team members to learn from their expertise, receive mentorship, and assist in larger-scale initiatives. • Metrics and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all interactions, outreach efforts, and progress towards achieving business development goals. Generate regular reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
• 1 to 2 years experience working in a creative agency environment in the area of marketing and business development. • Ideally Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience). • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate complex ideas concisely and persuasively. • A passion for sales and a willingness to learn and adapt sales techniques. Previous sales experience or familiarity with cold calling and email campaigns is a plus. • Proficiency and proven experience in using CRM systems such as salesforce or similar, email marketing tools, and other software necessary for sales and marketing efforts. • A proactive attitude with a hunger to succeed. To work out how best to engage with potential new clients that are interested in OMM service offering and capabilities. • Basic understanding of the marketing industry, digital experiences, and emerging trends. Curiosity to stay updated on industry news and developments. • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
