• Clear and demonstrable experience in leading Global Sales Operations in the fintech space. • Demonstrated success in building a Volume Sales motion. • Proven track record of working in high-growth companies, delivering $200m+ in revenue. • Solid strategic planning skills, combined with exceptional project execution capabilities. • Strong analytical mindset to drive sales effectiveness. • Deep understanding of Sales Operations tech stacks. • Outstanding communication skills and demonstrative experience of working with Executive Leadership. • Experienced people leader, capable of leading and inspiring a diverse and globally distributed Sales Operations team. • Ability to work strategically and collaboratively cross-functionally.
