Description

• Responsible for sourcing and managing growth across new key accounts • Driving sales of core business products and services • Working as part of a team on large projects to implement Sharpsmart services • To maximise products sales by utilizing product knowledge and selling skills • Interact with stakeholders to establish an informed knowledge of clinical data and the market • Create new business opportunities by investigating accounts and establishing relationships with relevant clinical and procurement stakeholders • Manage territory by delivering strategic objectives into each targeted account, deliver impactful and actionable meetings and presentations • Liaise with internal Field Service, Clinical Education and Internal Sales teams to meet targets • Identify further upsell opportunities within healthcare waste management consultancy and clinical waste collection services

Requirements

• Demonstrable success in a sales in medical waste industry experience 3+ years • Proven experience of working with stakeholder groups in a sales/development capacity • Have a good understanding of technical and customer experience elements • Great communication skills with the ability to effectively manage projects • Ability to prioritise and organise your own workload to meet tight deadlines in a fast paced environment whilst working with and supporting your wider team. • Ability to identify knowledge gaps and development potentials • Excellent problem solving and decision making skills • Be flexible to meet business needs such as overnight stays within your territory • Driving license and willingness to travel
