Description

• Engage directly with prospects through cold calling, email, and WhatsApp outreach. • Use sales expertise to build relationships and assess customer needs. • Own the sales and onboarding journey to convert prospects into active customers. • Train new customers on our platform to maximise its value. • Drive platform adoption and promote customer autonomy.

Requirements

• Have experience and enjoy outbound sales, particularly phone-based. You thrive on leading conversations to identify customer needs, build rapport, and close deals. • Are driven by results. You crave the autonomy to plan and organise your activities to meet (and exceed) targets. • Want a role that gives you more influence over the customer experience. You embrace the added responsibility of guiding them through onboarding, training them effectively, and ensuring customer satisfaction and platform adoption. • Have a high level of resilience and adaptability. You won’t get knocked off course by setbacks. Instead, you use them as opportunities to learn and grow.
