Description

• Conduct Outreach: Perform lead generation activities through cold calling, LinkedIn messaging, and email campaigns, making 60 to 80 dials per day. • Utilize tools such as LinkedIn, Meet Alfred, Lusha, and HubSpot to identify, engage, and track potential leads effectively. • Expand Customer Base: Focus on growing the customer base by identifying and targeting new opportunities. • Develop Relationships: Prospect creatively using social media, phone calls, and email to build and nurture new customer relationships. • Adopt a Consultative Approach: Analyze and align with customers’ business strategies, future product plans, and expansion activities to provide mutually beneficial solutions. • Collaborate and Contribute: Support and collaborate with teammates to ensure collective success and drive the sales team forward as the front line of the company’s business efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 2-3 years' of sales experience • Experience working in sales within the manufacturing industry or similar • Strong communication skills via phone and email • Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills • Strong IT skills • Effectively using CRM systems (Hubspot, Salesforce, Zoho) • B2B, B2C or B2B2C Sales experience • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar • Strong desire to learn and develop • Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization
