• Wholly manage the account including timelines and retailer expectations • Build and maintain strong relationships with relevant business accounts • Plan, develop and implement an annual Joint Business plan • Design an annual marketing and promotional programme for each brand • Identify appropriate NPD opportunities based on customer insights • Analyse EPOS Sales data and present at internal weekly meetings • Negotiate promotions and cost prices • Create Gross and Net financial forecasts for the account • Approve invoices and prepare accurate financial accruals • Work collaboratively with Demand team to align financial forecasts
• Experience in or exposure to account management • Experience in a National Account role either at Junior or Executive level • Experience in the beauty industry is desirable but not essential • High proficiency in Excel • Adaptability and flexibility • Ability to stay calm under pressure • Great analytical skills • Willingness to travel for retail partnerships
