Description

• Offering a premium experience for our clients by gaining a thorough understanding of their business goals and ensuring that Doctify meets them. • Building relationships with your portfolio of clients, ensuring their overall satisfaction with our software and increased revenues. • Conducting client meetings over the phone, virtually and in-person. • Acting as a trusted advisor, advocating client needs across our client base and internally. • Conveying the best practice examples that drive ROI and increased engagement. • Developing strong relationships with our internal teams to support your accounts.

Requirements

• You will have 1+ years’ of experience within a professional environment. • You love tackling difficult challenges, with a positive attitude, and always strive to find the best solution for the client. • You have a commercial-focused mindset, whilst keeping the customer at the core of everything you do. • You thrive working in a fast paced environment and have an open mind when it comes to the changing environment a scale-up can sometimes bring. • You possess natural communication skills, and you are not afraid of phone, virtual and in-person engagement.
