Description

• In this role at BCN, you will play a key role in driving sales business planning, generating insights, and achieving operational excellence within the sales organisation. • You will collaborate closely with teams across Business Systems, Sales, Marketing, Finance and Business Operations. • It will be vital that you build strong relationships with the data team, who are the custodians of BCN’s data. • The ideal candidate will have a passion for optimising sales operations and a good understanding of sales and marketing processes. • You should possess a strong analytical mindset, be consultative in your approach, and have experience working with senior stakeholders from diverse business and technical backgrounds. • We are looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast paced environment and can deliver results against tight deadlines. • A passion for scaling revenue operations and a keen interest in leveraging technology to drive business growth is essential.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in business planning, revenue operations and/or relevant experience sales performance analysis, with a focus on commercial teams within B2B technology • Good understanding of B2B sales, GTM strategies and sales/marketing processes • Able to identify, lead and execute programmes that drive revenue growth and operational efficiencies • Good project management skills • Proactive and autonomous work approach, thriving in dynamic environments • Good problem solving and analytical abilities, capable of translating insights into actionable strategies • Expert Excel analysis skills. Proficiency in PowerBi preferred • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise effectively • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency in CRM systems preferred. Dynamics CRM in use today • Ability to operate in a high velocity, metrics driven sales organisation • Strong ‘demand creation’ habit • Highly focused and action oriented, setting business and personal goals • Inquisitive and hungry mindset
