Description

• Providing real-time fuel quotations to customers by telephone, email or through our online platform. • Processing orders through our pricing platform and terminal systems and sending order confirmation emails promptly. • Ensuring daily sales volume is hedged and documented. • Completing daily compliance checks to ensure sales volume is lifted in full. • Regular communication with customers to understand regional demands and market trends. • Monitoring sales volumes against weekly and monthly forecasts. • Cold calling new and existing customers to grow volume within predefined parameters. • Managing customer credit limits against sales. • Handling and resolving internal and external queries. • Compiling KPI data for internal and external reporting in an efficient and timely manner. • Regular communication with customers to understand regional demands and market trends. • Regular communication with internal teams – Commercial Accounts, Traders, Operators, Customer Care, Invoicing, Credit Control. • Administrative support for the wider Commercial department. • Any other reasonable tasks as requested. • Role model the Greenergy values

Requirements

• The ideal candidate must be able to communicate to a high standard and have an excellent telephone manner. • This person must be confident, articulate and have an exceptional eye for detail. • In house training will be provided for all aspects of this role, so a willingness to learn is essential.
