• As a Sales Manager, you will lead a small team focused on closing deals. • Your primary responsibility will be to drive sales performance, mentor your team, and directly engage with prospective clients to secure new business. • You'll play a key role in expanding our host network and contributing to the overall growth of the company.
• At least 3 years of experience in sales • Ideally some management experience • Strong understanding of Salesforce • Excellent communicator with a natural ability to motivate teams. • Understanding of the full sales lifecycle • Growth mindset: comfort with a rapidly evolving work environment; with experience in taking initiative. • Highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload
