Description
• Drive strategic initiatives and operational excellence at PrimaryBid. • Work with cross-functional teams to identify and develop business opportunities. • Support decision-making at the highest levels of the company. • Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis. • Assist in the creation of long-term strategic plans and OKR planning. • Identify and analyze operational challenges and propose solutions. • Manage strategic initiatives from concept to completion. • Support communications and collaboration between the BizOps team and other departments.
Requirements
• 3-5 years of experience in consulting, business operations, or a similar role. Previous startup experience is preferred. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and deliver actionable insights. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely. • Proven experience in managing cross-functional projects and leading initiatives from concept to execution. • Good understanding of business operations, financial principles, and equity fundraising market dynamics. • Solid proficiency in gSheets analysis and Gslides presentation building with knowledge of other workspace tools including Jira and Confluence.
