Description
• Work alongside the MD of Pensions to develop and execute business unit strategy • Drive strategic priorities and hold responsible individuals accountable • Recommend actions that drive sustainable and profitable growth of the Pensions business • Spearhead technology, transformation, and innovation projects • Lead and support the team of Trustee Support Executives and Business Support Team members
Requirements
• At least 5 years in an operational role or something similar • Technology change agent and advocate • A natural ability to identify process inefficiencies and propose and test new solutions • Highly numerate and comfortable with finance and business performance metrics • Strong communicator with the ability to influence and manage senior stakeholders • Ability to juggle multiple priorities • Comfortable in change and transformation environments • Knowledge of business productivity and CRM software and an aptitude for learning new applications
