• We’re looking for a Product & Strategy Manager to join our Repeats team, a cross-functional team of product, tech and analytics people, who are responsible for the product and lending strategy for customers that have already taken a loan with us. • The team optimises and tests different product features for this customer base (such as pricing, amounts and different repayment options), and owns the digital customer journey for these customers (such as the information shown to customers with an active iwoca loan, and how customers re-apply once their loan is paid off). • You will initially take ownership of the customer journey, working with other team members to optimise our user experience, leading across the entire lifecycle from ideation, to execution and testing. • Identifying potential ways to improve the user journey to increase customer conversion retention. • Blending qualitative insight (e.g. via customer research) and quantitative analysis (e.g. trends in the conversion funnel) to evaluate these opportunities. • Leading the process for testing these changes, including: • Creating mock-ups of the changes, and collaborating with iwoca’s designers to fine-tune these ideas. • Working with our developers to smoothly and efficiently launch the changes. • Monitoring and analysing test performance with the support of our data scientists. • Sharing learnings from these tests with the wider business, and figuring out how these learnings can shape the team’s future direction. • Collaborating with the Team Lead, to set the team priorities and roadmap.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to challenge and propose innovative solutions. • Ability to analyse and interpret data to provide insights, and present information (both written, and verbally) that is clear, well-structured and engaging. • Experience of working with tech, or willingness to develop in this area. • Team player with a fine balance of confidence, gravitas, humility, and enthusiasm: you will need to work with various teams to get stuff done in a rapidly growing environment. • Experience with creating and optimising customer user journeys is a plus.
