• Manage receipt of Wholesale PO’s to support pre-agreed Wholesale delivery windows • Working closely with the Merchandising/Wholesale teams to check inventory levels and ensure orders can be fulfilled from stock in a timely fashion • Working closely with wholesale partners on orders and other related queries • Provide accounts with commercial invoices covering Wholesale consignments • Manage the processing of RTV’s across Wholesale, Retail and eCom where necessary • Support with set up and delivery of Wholesale seasonal showroom • Own the onboarding process (monitoring of all key milestones) of all new Wholesale partners • Supporting the Operations Manager on new initiatives / projects / assignments • Classification of product - classify (tariff codes) at SKU level based on core material components and CoO • Issuance of Wholesale SO’s, overseeing pick/pack progress and gaining delivery confirmations / quotations with relevant nominated delivery partners • Report building to highlight throughput of stock and key KPIs linked to putaway/distribution/invoicing of Wholesale product • Help drive the continuous improvement of end to end operational processes - assist with process design and testing where necessary • Uploading of orders within 3rd party portals - linked to collections and deliveries (Wholesale & Retail) • Checking and Loading of freight invoices into Netsuite system prior to authorisation • Administer samples for head office and seeding purposes • Support with administering 3rd party seller picks via outlet / surplus stockholding
• Excellent knowledge of Google Suite with strong Excel skills • Great interpersonal skills with a strong ability to build relationships with both internal stakeholders and external partners and an enthusiasm for working in a fast- paced, start up environment • Analytical mindset, with strong attention to detail with the ability to extract and summarise data • Sound understanding of ERP systems and ecom platform such as Shopify • Understands customs clearance requirements (with focus on European Road Freight) • Has the ability to work to tight deadlines and manage / prioritise issues • Can be flexible to travel to our GXO warehouse (Sherburn, Leeds) when required • Has experience of small scale process improvement and implementation of new processes • Is Eco- conscious, with a strong bias towards a more earth positive future
