Description

• The Campaign Operations Manager role will be responsible for end-to-end campaign management of allocated digital campaigns, while collaborating with sales and clients to deliver smooth and successful partnerships for clients and/or media agencies. • The role will be responsible for campaigns across digital display, content partnerships and demand generation. • The candidate will be working with both internal and external teams. This is a client service role so the person will be expected to liaise with external clients from agencies or client direct. They also will be required to work alongside their team members as well as project management, audience development, sales, editorial and dev teams.

Requirements

• 4+ years experience in an ad ops or campaign management role • A highly detailed, organised and driven individual • Strong understanding of the online ad industry, ad targeting, ad metrics and performances optimisations • Confident in a client-facing role with experience working with media agencies and clients. Comfortable with leading client calls and presenting delivery and performance metrics back both internally and externally • Experience handling digital display and content campaigns • Skilled in Google Ad Manager or Google Campaign Manager • Confident working with data • Solution-based approach to troubleshooting • Experienced in reporting on digital ad campaigns • Experienced pulling together end of campaign analysis • Excellent excel skills • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal • Able to form strong relationships with internal/external teams • A strong communicator - who can translate technical detail into a simple summary
