• As HR Generalist, support the Regional People Partner and wider business with advisory and case management. • Build relationships with people managers to support People & Culture initiatives. • Collaborate with regional managers for local decisions involving People Business Partners. • Support regional and global communications, identifying risks and maintaining compliance. • Stay informed about regional legislation and provide advice and support. • Work with HR Operations and Payroll teams for benefits, payroll, administration, and vendor requests. • Proactively partner to ensure coordinated HR service delivery. • Advise on employment-related matters such as discipline, capability, grievance, and absence management. • Ensure policies are reviewed regularly and changes are communicated promptly. • Provide support to address employee relations and performance gaps. • Coach and advise managers on employee issues including performance and compliance. • Ensure accuracy and compliance of employee data through regular reviews. • Manage exiting employees, including exit interviews. • Support engagement surveys and performance management cycles. • Focus on data-driven decisions to solve business challenges.
• Courtesy/growth mindset • 4-5 years Human Resources Generalist experience • CIPD Qualified or part qualified (or equivalent) • Strong PC skills with solid understanding of Excel, HR systems (Workday) to run HR-connected reports, G-suite; • (Advantageous) HR Experience in a Global Matrix organisation • International experience • Expert knowledge of current employment legislation and an ability to apply this knowledge to real life employee relations issues
