• Focus on delivering excellent service and standardised employee experience. • Provide local/regional People support in the employee lifecycle. • Bridge the gap between transactional support and strategic work in People Operations. • Manage various People initiatives through local leaders and managers. • Communicate benefits information and support Local vendor management. • Provide analytics and reports to enable data-based decisions.
• You have 3-4 years’ experience in an HR role with general market understanding of standards and practices within the countries / region covered • You have strong communication skills, ability to work with and influence multiple stakeholders • You have experience in one or more key parts of the HR value chain or Talent Management cycle, e.g. Recruitment, Employee Relations, Performance Management, etc. with a basic appreciation of local labour law • You are enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment • You have the ability to identify trends and recommend solutions and alternatives.
