Description
• Collaborate to design and evaluate People Development initiatives. • Design and deliver engaging training initiatives. • Simplify and refresh leadership development approach. • Build strong relationships to understand development needs. • Support personal development planning through coaching. • Drive engagement with OVO Learn platform. • Research best practices and embed learning techniques. • Liaise with external suppliers and facilitators.
Requirements
• Must have experience in designing and facilitating training sessions. • Engaging, creative, and confident communicator. • Adaptable interpersonal and influencing style. • Understand the impact of change. • Tenacity to keep seeking clarity. • Experience of the entire learning cycle. • Proactive, flexible, and positive in a fast-paced environment. • Experience interpreting and feeding back psychometrics. • Experience coaching individuals and teams.
