Description
• You will be based in one of our Magnet showrooms, working closely as part of a fast paced, sales driven and motivated team. • You will be an asset to the team, helping to drive sales, meet targets and collaborate on exciting projects. • As a Kitchen Sales Designer you will be inspiring our customers by working closely with them to create their dream kitchen and supporting them through the full journey, from initial conversations in one of our Magnet showrooms right through to installation and after care (home visits).
Requirements
• Experience working in a sales focused retail environment • Target and results driven • An eye for design with a creative flair • Strong organisational and interpersonal skills • Flexibility around working hours • A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle • Have a strong passion for reaching sales targets • Have a creative mindset and a willingness and desire to learn • Feel motivated working in a dynamic, fast-paced sales environment • Have an open-minded personality and enjoy thinking outside of the box
