• Every day is different at Jimmy Fairly, however your key missions will include: • Customer experience It is essential for you to be a great brand ambassador and embrace the brand • Selling Ceremony You will provide an amazing in-store customer experience using the Optometrist’s recommendations to build perfect product solutions for the customer • Performance High commercial efficiency to reach monthly targets and your personal KPIs • Be able to build customer loyalty, understand customer relationship management • Be knowledgeable of the collection and the brand iconic pieces • Operations Operating till system, take and process payments • Inventory management Follow company policy and procedure Ensure the shop floor and stock room standards are maintained in a clean, tidy condition • Process deliveries (new collection, replenishment…), transfers • Support the Store Management in the VM guidelines implementation • Optics Delivering the technical tasks in the store by ensuring the safe supply of eyewear, such as ordering, verification, glasses collections & glasses adjustments • You will be working with the latest generation equipment: sales assistance and measurement on the Smart Mirror 4 application, simple and digital customer journey on iPad
