Description
• Join our dynamic Retail team as a Sales Manager. • Support the management team, ensuring team members are motivated to achieve targets and maintain a safe, efficient store environment. • Deliver premium customer service that exceeds expectations. • Act as a role model; inspiring and guiding your team. • Drive sales and monitor team’s KPIs. • Work with store leadership to ensure clarity of business plans. • Provide knowledge of our brand and products to customers and team. • Engage in duties that support store operations. • Deliver team briefs and contribute to team meetings. • Assist with team development.
Requirements
• Previous experience of supervising a team • Strong background in a customer facing role ideally within a premium or luxury environment • Ability to guide and coach others • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Have excellent organisational and decision-making skills • Excels under pressure
