Description
• Conduct thorough market analysis for expansion • Create a comprehensive playbook for launching into new markets • Partner with the Expansion team to ensure seamless launches • Analyse performance data for market launch success • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies
Requirements
• Proven ability to develop and execute growth strategies, focusing on international expansion • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Deep understanding of how platform businesses operate • Basic understanding of technology principles and approaches • Proactive problem-solving approach with a bias for action • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Language skills: English and one more from German, Spanish, Dutch • Prior experience in a similar role, preferably within the e-commerce or travel industry
