Description

• Create opportunities for the sales team by setting meetings for your AE partners (1:2) with prospects. • Utilize your value-based knowledge to create leads out of cold/warm outbound prospecting • Ask qualifying questions (i.e. “A and N” in BANT) to schedule meetings with the right people who have a need for our solution. • Determine if Lilt is a good fit for the prospect • Proactive communication with prospects and your cross-functional teams. • Relay any information that may be of value to the team, whether it be best practices, new features, competitive analysis, etc.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional work experience, with 1 year of demonstrated over-quota experience in Mid-Market ($1B+) and/or Enterprise SaaS sales development • Evidence of being able to sustain high levels of tailored (researched) outbound activity with multi-threaded email, cell phone call, LN campaigns to achieve weekly meeting and monthly pipeline goals to executive and director level decision makers. • Proficient in tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Outreach.io, or Salesloft • Experience with growth stage enterprise SaaS sales organization(s) • HQ co-location required • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong time management and prioritization skills • Significant outbounding experience, with an emphasis on high-volume calling and willingness to knock down barriers to sale • BA/BS degree or higher from an accredited university
