• ITG seeks a Senior Account Manager to support the Hotel Chocolat Account Team. • Provide guidance to the account team, overseeing project management and compliance. • Collaborate with finance and procurement teams on high-value projects. • Liaise with external suppliers and clients to evaluate and strategise upcoming campaigns.
• Proven depth of experience in print management & production. • Provide Client service & account management working environment. • Experience working with clients, aligning closely with an internal team to deliver outstanding service. • Outstanding interpersonal skills, great relationship building with high emotional intelligence. • Proven client service and account management skills and experience. • Hands on project management and production skills. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Have excellent commercial acumen, account related P&L, job estimation, invoicing, ensuring compliance with company levels of authority sign off. • Must have a high knowledge and understanding of print industry. • Proficient on GDPR, and the ability to direct client & teams alike. • Must be able to document systems, processes, and procedures. • Proven ability to manage time effectively in order to meet deadlines. • Proven ability to direct workloads of others to ensure delivery and adherence to project and SLA deadlines. • Self-motivated with the enthusiasm and drive to continually develop skills and knowledge with ability to take initiative and ownership of projects. • Ability to work on multiple projects to tight deadlines.
