Description

• Manage client accounts and relationships effectively • Ensure profitable account management and accurate financial reporting • Contribute to the development of new business proposals and budgets • Provide support and guidance to junior team members

Requirements

• Excellent account handling skills • Client liaison and building strong relationships • Management experience with a focus on effective implementation of account activities • Ability to set SMART objectives • Proactively identify opportunities for growth • Strong planning and anticipation skills • Innovative and creative approach to work • Excellent client handling experience • Take responsibility for development of junior team members • Effective budget management • Strong presentation skills • High standards in grammar and communication • Excellent writing skills and attention to detail • Understanding of end user needs (Patient, KOL, HCP, client)
