Description
• Responsible for owning the expansion and retention of largest strategic accounts • Manage a strategically critical pipeline of engagements across a portfolio of accounts • Manage the customer renewal process in a timely and proactive manner • Work as a trusted advisor to customers, developing senior relationships • Lead the account planning process and identify upsell opportunities • Develop in-depth knowledge of Zutec solutions and construction industry • Maintain high forecast accuracy across account base • Collaborate with Head of Account Management on complex opportunities • Bring customer feedback back to the Zutec business for product development
Requirements
• Experience managing enterprise level accounts in a complex software environment • Demonstrable track record of achieving growth targets • Comfortable communicating via phone, email and face-to-face at all business levels • Comfortable moving deals through the pipeline efficiently to close • Customer-centric attitude
