• Exciting opportunity to coordinate and facilitate the production and delivery of in-store Point of Sale (POS) for M&S account • Works directly with M&S marketing team and responsible for keeping campaigns within budget and on time • Role exists in support of the Account Director for each business unit area • Focuses on verification, accuracy and completeness of all artwork running through bespoke approval system Media Centre • Requires commitment, resilience and keen focus on project management • Receiving briefs from the Account Director or clients and communicating timelines, creative templates and costings • Linking all briefs back to M&S planning managers • Lead pre-production meetings per campaign • Maintain relationships with ITG Artwork Production Team • Brief final artwork to ITG Production team using pre-approved templates • Manage information from M&S business units and maintain print allocations for POS material using tech systems
• Strong Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within budget • Creative Insight: Understanding of creative processes and the ability to provide constructive feedback to creative teams • Client Management Experience: Proven track record of maintaining and growing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective coordination between clients, creative teams, and other stakeholders • Problem-Solving Abilities: Capacity to identify challenges early and propose effective solutions • Digital Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and platforms to guide creative direction • Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to oversee the quality of creative outputs • Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate timelines, budgets, and resources with clients and vendors • Analytical Skills: Competence in analysing campaign performance data to provide insights and recommendations • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs, market trends, and technologies • Technical Proficiency: Understanding of design software, content management systems, and digital asset management tools • Budget Management: Experience in managing budgets and ensuring cost-effective project execution
