• You will need to build and maintain positive working relationships with key stakeholders/decision makers to ensure your team fully understands the client’s marketing strategy, aims and goals, enabling ITG to deliver the best service. • Professional adherence of all processes and best practice to ensure every project is produced impeccably, is right first time, every time and is always on-time. • Respond to all client requirements within the designated SLA frameworks; developing robust proposals and timings plans to support • Champion and support in the development of best in class briefs to support creative and photography teams delivering great outputs • Provide strategic creative input to the client’s marketing teams, giving advice on creative direction, channel execution and brand consistency • Support collating and validating photographic requirements from client, in producing shot count matrixes • Engage internal resource SMEs (where relevant) to support in the delivery of project (strategists, ECDs, Performance Marketing etc) • Work alongside the Traffic Manager and Production team,sto ensure that work is efficiently scheduled and managed and that resource utilisation is closely monitored; you will work closely with senior client stakeholders to keep them fully up to speed on retained hours used and flag when moving into Pay as you Go model • Work closely with other key agency partners attending all-agency briefing sessions and regular status updates • Accurately maintain status reports to to present to both the client and to ITG to monitor account performance and client priorities. • Responsibility for the Photographic P&L, you must optimise the commercial benefits from the customer to ensure maximum profitability whilst remaining within client’s commercial agreements.
• Strong understanding and experience in a creative role within Retail Marketing working across all channels (i.e Radio, POS, Digital) • Experience in managing the delivery of complex large scale photography shoots • Experience working within a busy, pressurised retail marketing environment • An excellent service minded approach with proven customer management skills • Second-to-none project management & organisational skills – you will be operating in an environment of ever-changing priorities • Good problem-solving skills, especially under pressure • Strong written, oral and interpersonal skills • Highly numerate and commercially aware • Computer literate with good knowledge of Adobe software solutions (In-Design, Illustrator etc)
