Description

• Responsible for planning, implementing, directing, and administering all aspects of the human resources function for the Mid-Atlantic Region • Provide day-to-day management of the Employee Relations team

Requirements

• 3 – 5 years of demonstrable success in direct sales or business development within B2B or professional services sector • Experience in high-velocity sales environments and effectively engaging with decision-makers • A track record of successfully managing pipelines and closing high-value deals • Exceptional business communication skills to structure persuasive pitches and navigate client discovery • Native-level proficiency in English
