• Initiating contact with existing or potential customers through outreach efforts such as cold-calling, emails, social networking, digital events and more. • Creating relationships with customers and prospects to identify their potential needs and qualify their interests and viability to drive sales • Qualify prospects through cold calls to secure interest and route them through to the correct account executive • Nurture prospects that have expressed interest until they are ready to participate in a discovery call • Manage all leads through conversion including call tracking and rescheduling meetings when needed. • Collaborating with sales executives to ensure the company's goals and targets are met • Exceed personal weekly and monthly performance targets
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience • 0-2 years of sales experience in an outbound selling role • Successful track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets • Proficiency with CRM and opportunity management systems, preferably Salesforce.com • Experience in effectively leveraging sales and sales development tools such as Outreach.io, LinkedIn, and contact provider integrations • Exceptional level of self-motivation and tenacity • Ability to collaborate effectively with a dynamic team remotely • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Demonstrate an ability to take both analytical and creative approaches to solve problems • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize while multitasking • Ability to work through change and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment • High social intelligence with a natural inclination to win
