• Identify high-potential customers and generate high-quality new business meetings. • Responsible for outbound/inbound activities for enterprise customer prospecting. • Follow up on inbound leads generated by marketing within compliance metrics. • Collaborate with the field sales team and develop strategies for new accounts. • Stay up-to-date on market trends and cybersecurity developments. • Be an expert on Rubrik’s solutions to help customers. • Use CRM software to manage leads and activities. • Own business and sales targets, report results to stakeholders. • Develop sales skills through team pitch competitions and training.
• 0-2 years of sales-oriented work, B2B sales, marketing, and/or lead generation experience. • Exposure to customer service experience. • Interest and ability to learn technical concepts quickly. • Desire for a successful career in sales/business development. • Written & Verbal Communication succinct & professional email, LinkedIn, phone.
• Coaching and development on an ongoing basis. • Working in-office 3-5 days a week for active coaching and peer camaraderie.
