• At GoCardless, we excel in experimentation to optimize user acquisition, activation, and retention through continuous discovery and data-driven decision making. • You will own the strategy for measuring impact in Growth Marketing within our Global Growth Group. • You will be instrumental in crafting and executing strategies that leverage data analytics to accelerate user acquisition and revenue growth. • Your insights will be turned into actions as your expertise helps drive the future of GoCardless.
• You have advanced SQL skills, Python/R skills are advantageous • You have a background working in similar (performance) marketing analytics roles and have a deep understanding of the domain • You have experience working in a cross functional environment with marketing and finance • You are very knowledgeable of common marketing measurement tools & methodology • You’ve had extensive experience of testing and experimental design, including A/B testing • You have experience with data visualisation tools (Looker, PowerBI, Tableau etc.) and demonstrate storytelling ability with data
