• Develop and execute growth strategies across the AARRR funnel (Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Referral, Revenue). • Design, prioritize, and run experiments based on a data-driven understanding of user behavior. • Collaborate with product and development teams to implement and test new campaigns. • Continuously optimise our current growth channels (Shopify App, email marketing), while diversifying our media mix. • Adopt a test-and-scale approach, showing initial experiment success before doubling down on investment. • Track and report on key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of growth initiatives.
• 6+ in growth marketing, with 4+ years in SaaS/PLG companies, running experiments. • Deep understanding of the AARRR funnel and comfortable working with large datasets to uncover growth opportunities. • An L-shaped growth marketer with deep experience in acquisition strategies, email marketing, and keyword research. • Knowledgeable about SaaS and PLG metrics, with a genuine excitement for driving growth. • Driven by results and always looking for new ways to improve performance. • A great team player, adept at working cross-functionally. • Preferably, but not necessarily, experienced with the Shopify App Store.
