Description

• Responsible for driving the growth of the agency through prospecting, nurturing, and winning high-value opportunities • Manage and improve the performance of the Growth Team • Own multiple new opportunities and support team members • Maintain knowledge of internal systems and processes • Deliver training on commercial functions to team members • Work with Marketing to devise and capitalize on outputs

Requirements

• Proven track record of creating and winning new business opportunities • 3+ years of experience in agency sales • Experience pitching for opportunities with annual contract values of £200k or higher • Delivered against annual individual billable targets of £800k+ • Deep understanding of Impression’s target audience personas • Extensive knowledge of Impression’s key competitors and their value proposition • Expert in negotiating commercial contracts • Project management skills and ability to deliver expert sales experience
