• Optimise our Marketing Performance by uncovering insights. • Drive Growth with Data-Driven Insights by building measurement frameworks. • Enhance the Customer Journey through collaboration with marketing and sales teams. • Lead Strategic Planning and Execution of marketing operations strategies. • Oversee marketing budget and resource allocation for best ROI. • Foster Continuous Improvement by reviewing processes and recommending enhancements. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for alignment and support broader objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing operations within a tech or SaaS environment. • Skilled in utilising major marketing automation platforms (e.g., Hubspot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce). • Strong analytical mindset and deep understanding of data management and marketing technologies. • Excellent communicator, able to influence stakeholders at all levels. • Passionate about continuous improvement.
