• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing operations within a tech or SaaS environment. • Skilled in utilising major marketing automation platforms (e.g., Hubspot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce). • Strong analytical mindset and deep understanding of data management and marketing technologies. • Excellent communicator, able to influence stakeholders at all levels. • Passionate about continuous improvement.
