• We are seeking a Licensing Business Development Manager to join our global team. • This role is ideal for individuals with an analytical mindset and a strong interest in the entertainment industry. • The primary responsibility will be to support the Business Development team in managing and expanding our network of partners globally.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance or similar ones, with high achievement results • 4/8 years of work experience in licensing or at top consultancy firms • Natural commercial abilities with affinity with preactive reach-out, sales strategy and negotiation • Experience with presentations, storytelling and top-down communication • Professional working proficiency in English, additional languages are a plus • Good interpersonal communication (internal and external stakeholders) • Teamwork skills • Ideation and critical thinking • Impact-oriented and data-driven (strategic and business decisions) • Ability to break down and solve problems through quantitative thinking and analysis • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
